When Harry Met Sally
(But With More Lanyards)
Pinquelton Group is Andy Eninger and John Loos, expert corporate facilitators with 30+ combined years of live learning, program design, and beard growing experience. Oh, and we’re also married (which is why we often accidentally dress alike!) (Andy loves it but John is always slightly annoyed because as a desperately youthful millennial he highly values his individual identity!)
We met performing improv at the famed Second City comedy theater in Chicago nearly 20 years ago, and quickly became partners in life, love, comedy, busy fabrics, and corporate training. In the early 2010s, we created a celebrated two-person sketch comedy revue called Pinque Pony (long before Chappell Roan’s song!) which evolved into Pinquelton Group, a live learning organization dedicated to unlocking collaboration and creativity in organizations big and small.
Together and separately we have taught corporate workshops and improv sessions around the United States and the world, including Portugal, India, France, Japan, Ireland, Switzerland, Singapore, Australia, China, The Netherlands, Germany, and Poland.
Our audiences have included everyone from Fortune 100 C-suites to plant workers (literally taught on the factory floors) to emerging leaders, college interns, bombastic sales reps, and introverted engineers, and everyone in between. Industries we have worked with are as varied as finance, media, pharma, health care, consulting, manufacturing, entertainment, and academia.
We combine playful activities with our thoughtful perspectives on human behavior, connection, and creativity. Oh, and if you couldn’t tell, we’re not afraid to rock a bold color or vibrant print.
